Australia Post will assess charges according to their actual weight or cubed weight equivalent, whichever is greater.
All products are marked as either Standard, Heavy or Oversize items in their descriptions.
All additional Standard items are sent free of charge.

All products are posted via Australia Post with Receipted Delivery, or via Couriers. In all cases, we require an adult signature on delivery. If no one is available at home a card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest collection center.
